LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post<\/strong>-Apakah kurang pengawasan?, hutan Cagar Alam (CA) di Kampung Melayu, RK 09 Jorong II Balai Ahad, Lubuk Basung, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, luluh-lantak berubah jadi kebun sawit. Ada dugaan, oknum ASN dan masyarakat didalamnya. Tidak  hanya hutan, Hutan Lindung (HL),dan Hutan Produksi juga tidaak luput dari jarahan mereka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penggarap hutan tersebut, terindikasi melanggar sejumlah produk hukum; Undang-undang Konservasi Keanekaragaman Hayati, UU RI No. 18 Tahun 2013, tentang pencegahan dan pemberantasan perusakan hutan, UU RI No 39 Tahun 2014, tentang Perkebunan, UU RI No 32 Tahun 2009 tentang perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, UU RI No 5 Tahun 1990, UU No 41 Tahun 1999, UU RI No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang kehutanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Informasi yang berhasil dihimpun, tidak sedikit hutan yang mesti dilindungi itu yang ditumbngkan. \u201cLebih kurang 80 hektar kata beberapa warga. Aktivitas itu telah berlangsung sejak lima tahun tetakhir, tapi terkesan dibiarkan saja, apakah ada oknum orang dalam yang terlibat?, belum dapat informasi yang pasti. Tapi yang jelas masing-masing penggarap telah menikmati hasil, berton-ton buah kelapa sawit rang mereka rauf setiap bulannya. Lokasi kebun sekitar 8 km dari jalan umum Lubuk Basung-Malabur dekat jembatan BW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kepla BKSDA Resor Agam Ade Putra ketika dihubungi Senin (26\/7\/2021), mengakui, hutan yang sudah terkanjur dialih fungsikan oknum ASN dan masyarakat itu, pada tahun 2014 sudah pernh dieksekusi, tapi ketika akan memasuki lokasi, petugas dihadang emak-emak, dan anak. Untuk menghindari bentrokan dan hal-hal yang tidak dingini, akhirnya petugas mundur, tapi Ade Putra menjelaskan, ketika itu ia belum bertugas di BKSDA Resor Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ade Putra, mengaku sering patroli kelokasi, ditanya-tanya kepada pemanen sawit, ia mengaku tidak mengetahui siapa yang punya, pengakuannya, ia hanya disuruh untuk panen. Kini persoalan sudah ditangan Polres Agam dalam upaya penyelidikann. Yang jelas panen Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) sawit tetap berlanjut.(lk)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
