SUNGAI PUA, Marapi Post<\/strong>-Ketua Komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, tinjau pelaksanaan pembangunan Irigasi Balantiak, Jorong Limo Kampuang, Nagari Sungai Pua, Kecamatan Sungai Pua, Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rekanan terlalu berani melakukan penawaran saat pandemi ini terjun bebashingga mencapai turun 26 persen. \u201cTentu saja keberanian penawaran seperti ini beresiko tinggi dan jadi pertanyaan bagi benerapa kalangan yang kontruksi\u201d, jelas Ketua Komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Agam, Aderia, S.P, MM, Rabu (23\/6\/2021) yang membidangi infrastruktur ketika dihubungi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antara rekanan yang menawar sam beraninya dengan Panitia Lelang, hal ini sangat dikhawatirkan hasil pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, karena itu perlu pengawasan yang lebih maksimal pada setiap pelaksanaan pekerjaan, kata Aderia. Aderia mengaku langsung turun ke lapangan melihat secara langsung pengerjaan irigasi disalah satu titik pembangunan yang dibiayai dana DAK Kabupaten Agam tahun 2021, yaitu DI Balantiak<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sama-sama kita ketahui, terang Aderia, tidak semua rencana pembangunan yang telah disepakati dapat dilaksanakan pada tahun ini, karena anggaran dialihkan untuk penanganan covid 19, namun kita tetap bersyukur karena rencana pembangunan yang diajukan menggunakan dana DAK sebagian titik dari pemerintah dapat tetap dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salah satu diantaranya  DI Balantiak ini, ketika tinjau langsung kelapangan, terang Aderia, ia bertemu langsung dengan pengawas dari dinas Pekerjaan Uumum dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Agam, langsung dilihat dengan kasat mata terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan DI ini masih dalam kategori seauai dengan aturan, namun hal ini tetap ia lakukan pengawasan dilapangan agar pelaksanaan pembangunan ini sesuai dgn harapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelaksanaan pembangunan irigasi ini merupakan lanjutan pembangunan yang telah dilaksanakan pada dekade 5 tahun lalu, aspirasi masyarakat sangat berharap setiap pembangunan DI dapat terlaksana dengan tuntas, karena itu, setiap tahunnya tetap diajukan ke RKPD Kabupaten Agam, di lain pihak Aderia berharap peran serta masyarakat dalam merawat irigasi yang telah di bangun sehingganya setiap permasalahan pembagian air dapat teratasi, jelas Aderia.(lk)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
