Basung Dorong WBP Produktif, Bekali Keterampilan &#038; Peluang Usaha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post.com-<\/strong>Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIB Lubuk Basung, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, memperkuat pembinaan kemandirian bagi Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP).<\/p>\n<p>Langkah ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi kegiatan Bimbingan Kerja (Bimker) yang diarahkan untuk membekali WBP dengan keterampilan dan pengalaman kerja sebagai modal menghadapi kehidupan setelah bebas.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan yang digelar Kamis (10\/9\/2026) tersebut dipimpin Kepala Subseksi Kegiatan Kerja Lapas Kelas IIB Lubuk Basung. Para WBP diperkenalkan dengan berbagai program Bimker yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada aktivitas produktif, tetapi juga pengembangan keterampilan dan potensi ekonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Sejumlah bidang kerja diperkenalkan kepada WBP, mulai dari\u00a0mebel, pengelasan, menjahit, tata boga, pertanian hingga perikanan. Lapas juga membuka peluang pengembangan kompetensi melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan bersama Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) dan dunia industri.<\/p>\n<p>Tak berhenti pada keterampilan teknis, pembinaan juga diarahkan pada pengembangan hasil karya dan jiwa kewirausahaan WBP. Dengan demikian, keterampilan yang diperoleh selama menjalani masa pidana diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal nyata ketika kembali ke tengah masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sosialisasi tersebut, WBP juga mendapat penjelasan mengenai hak dan manfaat mengikuti Bimker. Selain memperoleh pengalaman dan keterampilan kerja, peserta berkesempatan mendapatkan upah atau honor dari hasil kegiatan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, serta sertifikat pelatihan sebagai dokumen pendukung untuk memasuki dunia kerja setelah bebas.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, kesempatan tersebut berjalan beriringan dengan tanggung jawab. WBP diwajibkan mengikuti kegiatan secara disiplin, menaati aturan, menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas maupun peralatan yang digunakan.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Lubuk Basung,\u00a0Budi Suharto, melalui kegiatan tersebut menegaskan pentingnya pembinaan yang produktif dan berkelanjutan bagi WBP.<\/p>\n<p>Program Bimker diharapkan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi WBP sekaligus mengembangkan potensi yang dapat dimanfaatkan setelah mereka kembali ke masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Sosialisasi berlangsung aman, tertib, dan lancar.
