{"id":48105,"date":"2026-08-14T06:35:53","date_gmt":"2026-08-13T23:35:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/?p=48105"},"modified":"2026-08-15T07:46:02","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T00:46:02","slug":"pemkab-limapuluh-kota-jangan-lengah-peti-gelugur-segera-legalkan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/index.php\/2026\/08\/14\/pemkab-limapuluh-kota-jangan-lengah-peti-gelugur-segera-legalkan\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemkab Limapuluh Kota Jangan Lengah PETI Gelugur, Segera Legalkan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>LIMAPULUH KOTA, Marapipost.com<\/strong>-Wakil rakyat DPRD Sumbar Nurkalis Dt.Bijo Dirajo dari partai Gerindra yang peduli akan daerah asalnya Limapuluh Kota Sumbar, kini tengah dihebohkan dengan maraknya tambang emas Ilegal di nagari Gelugur, Koto Tangah dan Tanjung Jajaran kecamatan Kapur IX .<\/h4>\n<p>Menanggapi hal itu,\u00a0 selaku anggota DPRD Sumbar dari komisi IV berkomitmen \u200btelah berkonsultasi dengan\u00a0 Kementerian ESDM, memperoleh jawaban bahwa orang-orang di kementrian ESDM\u00a0 memberikan perhatian serius terhadap daerah-daerah di Sumatera Barat yang memiliki potensi tambang rakyat namun belum memanfaatkan momentum WPR ini secara optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan oleh orang\u00a0 di ESDM yang tidak disebutkan namanya kata Dt.Bijo merelis pergerakannya Jumat (14\/8\/2026)\u00a0 di Sumbar baru ada delapan wilayah yang secara resmi ditetapkan\/diusulkan sebagai Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR).<\/p>\n<p>Sangat disayangkan, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota sejauh yang kami ketahui belum termasuk di dalamnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200bPemerintah Daerah Harus Hadir: Masalah PETI tidak bisa diselesaikan hanya dengan pembiaran atau penindakan hukum semata. Pemkab Lima Puluh Kota harus proaktif hadir menjadi jembatan solusi bagi warga yang menggantungkan hidupnya dari sektor pertambangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bJangan Sampai Masyarakat Gelugur tertinggal, sementara daerah lain sudah bergerak melegalkan aktivitas tambang rakyatnya demi keamanan warga dan pendapatan daerah lanjut dt.Bijo Dirajo.<\/p>\n<p>Ditegaskan Nurkalis dt.Bijo Dirajo, bupati Lima Puluh Kota jangan sampai terlambat menyerap peluang regulasi yang dibuka oleh Kementerian ESDM ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bSegera Inventarisasi dan Usulkan, sebagai wakil rakyat Dt.Bijo akan\u00a0 mendorong Bupati dan instansi terkait di Pemkab Lima Puluh Kota untuk segera melakukan pemetaan, inventarisasi potensi lahan, dan menyusun dokumen pengusulan WPR ke pemerintah provinsi.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b&#8221;Masyarakat Lima Puluh Kota butuh kepastian dan rasa aman dalam mencari nafkah. Saya\u00a0 dari Komisi IV DPRD Sumbar siap mendampingi dan mengawal pengusulan tersebut ke Kementerian ESDM.
