Saat ini ramai pula dibicarakan\u00a0 &#8216;Restorative Justice&#8217; (RJ) untuk penyelesaian RJ mencakup kasus ringan( kasus pencurian ringan,penganiayaan ringan,Kasus penipuan,Kasus keluarga dan lain-lain).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Kasus melibatkan kekerasan berat, narkoba, pembunuhan atau kejahatan lain memiliki dampak besar pada masyarakat tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan RJ.Ada yang hebat lagi kalau hukum adat dijalankan dengan ketat ,efek jerahnya lebih kuat dari hukum pidana, sebut Kapolres Nur Ichsan.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Sementara itu, Bupati Tanah Datar diwakili Kepala Dinas PMD PPKB Drs.Herison menyebutkan yang dihadapi Tanah Datar dewasa ini adalah kasus LGBT,Narkotika dan lain-lain.Ini perlu turun tangan para ninik mamak,Ketua KAN dan pihak berkompeten lain.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ditambahkam Herison, Silaturrahmi dilaksanakan Kapolres dan LKAAM, Ketua KAN dan Ninik Mamak se Tanah Datar dapat menekan tindak pidana di tengah-tengah masyarakat.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ketua LKAAM Tanah Datar Aresno Dt.Andomo menyampaikan kegembiraan hatinya dengan inisiatif Kapolres Nur Ichsan mampu melaksanakan Silaturahmi dengan para ninik mamak tergabung dalam LKAAM, Ketua KAN untuk menciptakan kenkodusifan di Tanah Datar Luhak Nan Tuo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8221; Saya merasa bangga dengan pak Kapolres Nur Ichsan bisa bersinergi dengan para Ninik mamak LuhakNanTuo&#8221;,tekan Dt.Andomo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Rektor UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar Prof. Delmus Puneri Salim, M.A., M.Res., Ph.D memperkenalkan eksistensinya Selaku Rektor\u00a0 UIN.Dia mengharapkan para Ninik mamak, Ketua KAN dapat memberikan sumbang saran untuk perkembangan UIN ke depan,paling tidak mengajak anak kemenakan menimba ilmu di UIN MY Batusangkar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dalam kegiatan silaturahmi, Kapolres Nur Ichsan menyerahkan Piagam<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">pencegahan LGBT kepada wali nagari Padang Magek Syafril Jamal dan piagam lain kepada Ninik mamak.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Mengakhiri kegistan diputar filem aktivitas kapolres Tanah Datar 100 hari memimpin Tanah Datar sekaligus dihadiri Wakapolres Tanah Datar Kompol Y.Rusadi S.H,PJU Polres Tanah Datar, para Kabag, para Kasat, Kasi Humas Jondriadi,para Kasi,dan\u00a0 personel Polres Tanah Datar.<b>[emer]<\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BATUSANGKAR,\u00a0marapipost.com-Silaturahmi bersama Kapolres Tanah Datar AKBP Nur Ichsan&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":43854,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[91],"tags":[],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-43853","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tanah-datar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
