Ketegasan itu disampaikan Andre pada saat meninjau Posko Pengungsian di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Kamis (4\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andre menjelaskan, sekitar 13.000 rumah warga di Sumatera Barat dilaporkan mengalami kerusakan, sebagaimana disampaikan Gubernur Sumatera Barat Mahyeldi kepada Presiden Prabowo Subianto saat kunjungan ke Padang Pariaman beberapa waktu lalu. \u201cJumlah ini sangat besar dan membutuhkan penanganan cepat, terencana, serta didukung penuh oleh pemerintah pusat\u201d, ujar Andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andre menyampaikan bahwa Kementerian Perumahan dan Permukiman RI telah menyiapkan anggaran serta perencanaan teknis untuk memperbaiki rumah-rumah yang terdampak. Pemerintah pusat, katanya, tidak ingin masyarakat terlalu lama tinggal di pengungsian atau hidup dalam kondisi rumah yang tidak layak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami di DPR akan mengawal anggaran pemulihan ini. Kementerian telah siap secara konsep, tinggal memastikan validasi data dan kesiapan daerah\u201d, kata Andre. Ia juga meminta seluruh pemerintah daerah di Sumatera Barat untuk menyiapkan lokasi relokasi, terutama bagi warga yang rumahnya berada di zona rawan bencana atau tidak lagi memungkinkan dihuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Didampingi Wakil Bupati Bupati Rahmat Hidayat, Bupati John Kenedy Azis, dalam pertemuan dengan Andre menyampaikan bahwa sekitar 150 hingga 200 rumah di wilayahnya mengalami kerusakan berat dan sedang dalam rentang sepekan terakhir. Data tersebut, menurutnya, terus dimutakhirkan dan diverifikasi oleh perangkat kecamatan dan nagari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKerusakan cukup signifikan, terutama akibat banjir bandang dan longsor. Kami memastikan seluruh warga terdampak terdata dengan baik untuk dapat segera mendapatkan bantuan perbaikan rumah\u201d, ujar Bupati JKA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Padang Pariaman siap menyediakan lahan apabila warga setuju untuk direlokasi. Pemerintah daerah, katanya, tidak ingin memaksa, tetapi memastikan opsi relokasi menjadi solusi aman dan jangka panjang. \u201cKalau warga bersedia, kami siap menyiapkan lahan relokasi, dan pemerintah pusat telah menyatakan kesediaan untuk membangunkan rumah baru\u201d, tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunjungan Andre Rosiade dan dukungan pemerintah pusat memberi angin segar bagi masyarakat yang tengah berjuang bangkit dari dampak bencana.
