Pariaman Terus Mendorong Dunia Usaha Integritas HAM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>PARIK MALINTANG,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/marapipost.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marapipost.com<\/a><\/strong>-Pemerintah Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Sumatera Barat, tiada hentinya mendorong dunia usaha untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dalam setiap kegiatan bisnis. Upaya ini ditegaskan oleh Wakil Bupati Rahmat Hidayat saat membuka kegiatan Penguatan Kapasitas HAM bagi Pelaku Usaha se Pafang Pariaman yang digelar di Aula Bapelitbangda, Kamis (21\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahmat menjelaskan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kesadaran, sekaligus komitmen pelaku usaha agar tidak hanya berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan lingkungan usaha yang berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan bertanggung jawab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBisnis yang berlandaskan penghormatan HAM adalah bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menjunjung tinggi prinsip HAM, pelaku usaha tidak hanya menjaga reputasi dan keberlanjutan usahanya, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat dan bangsa,\u201d ujarnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menambahkan, peningkatan kapasitas HAM bagi pelaku usaha bukan hanya soal pencegahan pelanggaran, tetapi juga berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan, reputasi perusahaan, hingga akses pasar yang lebih luas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPelaku usaha perlu memahami hak-hak dasar manusia, seperti hak atas pekerjaan, upah layak, lingkungan kerja yang aman, dan hak untuk berserikat&#8221;, tegasnya. Diapun menguraikan beberapa poin penting dari penguatan kapasitas HAM ini antara lain,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peningkatan pemahaman HAM, termasuk hak atas pekerjaan, upah layak, dan lingkungan kerja yang aman. Pencegahan pelanggaran HAM dengan mengidentifikasi potensi risiko sejak dini. Peningkatan reputasi perusahaan di mata konsumen, investor, dan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akses pasar yang lebih luas, terutama pada pasar internasional yang menuntut standar HAM tinggi. Peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan melalui perlindungan kesehatan, keselamatan kerja, dan pengembangan diri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini diikuti sekitar 50 peserta, terdiri atas 20 perwakilan perusahaan, 10 pelaku UMKM, serta unsur dinas terkait. Para peserta tampak antusias mendengarkan arahan dan materi yang disampaikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian HAM Sumatera Barat, Dewi Nofyenti, yang turut hadir, menegaskan bahwa pemerintah terus berupaya memperkuat penerapan prinsip HAM di dunia usaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerkembangan usaha berdampak positif bagi masyarakat.
