Kata manis, ucapan manis yang ia dendangkan hanya tipu daya belaka untuk menarik konsumen agar peminat semakin banyak berlangganan Internet dengan Telkomsel melalui peralatan Wifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketika pelanggan terlambat sehari saja membayar biaya langganan, Telkomsel menjatuhkan sangsi sepihak tanpa diadili, internet diputus tidak hanya itu,&nbsp; tapi juga pembayaran dikenakan didenda, tapi apabula internet kepelanggan tergabggu, sudah dilapor sesui debgan petnjuk Telkomsel, sydah berhari haru masih tetap tidak diperbaiki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasus ini sering terjadi, seperti yang terjadi terhadap pelanggan atas nama Lukman, internet kerumahnya terganggu senenjak Jumat malam (18\/4\/2025) diawali sekitar pukul 20.15 WIB. Sudah dicoba diklik sesuai petunjuk tersebut, juga tidak ada jawaban yang jelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berkalikali dilaporkan WhatsApp Pengaduan Internet Telkomsel sesuai petunjuk Telkomsel, tapi jawaban sang robot macam macam saja. Hingga berita ini ditayangkan, internet kepelanggan Lukman masih belum dipulihkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak hanya itu persoalannya, tagihan pembayaran tiap bulan juga terus naik. Entah apa sebabnya, tidak diketahui secara pasti. Ditanya ke Telkom, dijawab ia tidak mengetahui terhadap persoalan itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awalnya dulu tagihan internet itu hanya Rp175.000, tapi secara bertahap tiap bulan tagihan naik terus, pembayaran pada bulan April 2025 hampir mencapai Rp400.000. Dalam catatan Telkomsel, diantaranya tercatat pemvayaran TV kabel, padahal pelangfan Lukman tidak ada sambungan TV kabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akibat terganggunya internet ini, banyak pejerjaan yang teganggu, berakibat minimbulkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit.
