{"id":35836,"date":"2024-11-12T21:48:21","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/?p=35836"},"modified":"2024-11-12T22:09:54","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T15:09:54","slug":"fkpkbm-agam-tanggapi-kepres-188-tahun-2024-kembali-hidupkan-pnfi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/12\/fkpkbm-agam-tanggapi-kepres-188-tahun-2024-kembali-hidupkan-pnfi\/","title":{"rendered":"FKPKBM Agam Tanggapi Kepres 188 Tahun 2024, Kembali Hidupkan PNFI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>AGAM, marapipost.com<\/strong>\u2013Ketua Pengurus Daerah Forum Komunikasi Belajar Masyarakat (PD-FK.PKBM) Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, Zarnelya menyikapi diterbitkannya Peraturan Presiden No 188\u00a0 Tahun 2024 tentang\u00a0Struktur Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Terlihat dengan jelas tidak adanya dalam Struktur tersebut mengakomodir posisi Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal (PNFI) untuk memiliki rumah sendiri, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional tentang 3 jalur Pendidikan di Indonesia, Terlihat Jalur Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal tidak memiliki Direktorat Jenderal sendiri, hanya menggabung dalam Dirjend PAUD dan Dikdasmen, dan ini jelas Diskriminasi bagi PNFI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, yakni dalam upaya menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.\u00a0 Pendidikan Non Formal atau sering di sebut dengan Pendidikan luar Sekolah (PLS)\u00a0dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional berfungsi juga untuk mengembangkan kemampuan serta meningkatkan mutu kehidupan dan martabat masyarakat Indonesia dalam rangka upaya mewujudkan tujuan Nasional RI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ketua DPD FK.PKBM Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat, Zarnelya,\u00a0 menanggapi\u00a0terbitnya Kepres 188 Tahun 2024. \u201dKami meminta Pemerintah melalui Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mu\u2019ti M.Ed beserta jajarannya untuk meninjau kembali Kepres 188 tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Sehingga bisa mengakomodir kembali Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal (PNFI) dalam struktur organisasi\u00a0setingkat Direktorat Jenderal sebagai Rumah Besar dan payung kami dalam menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal di Indonesia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Kenapa perlu dibentuk Dirjend PNFI kembali, Zarnelya menjelaskan \u201cPendidikan Nonformal, yang diselenggarakan di luar jalur Pendidikan Formal, memiliki potensi besar untuk menjawab berbagai tantangan pendidikan di Indonesia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Fleksibilitasnya dalam kurikulum, metode belajar, dan target peserta didik memungkinkan pendidikan Nonformal untuk menjangkau kelompok-kelompok masyarakat yang belum tersentuh oleh pendidikan formal, seperti anak-anak putus sekolah, penyandang disabilitas, dan masyarakat di daerah terpencil, dan kondisi ini sudah banyak terbukti selama ini di seluruh wilayah republik Indodesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Zarnalia, menambahkan \u201cPendidikan Nonformal juga dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui program-program yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan vokasi, kewirausahaan, dan soft skills yang berbasis potensi dan kearifan budaya lokal, pendidikan nonformal dapat membekali individu dengan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjadi pribadi yang mandiri\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dengan kembalinya Rumah Besar PLS berupa Dirjend PNFI, akan lebih menjamin pengembangan dan fokus menyusun program dan kegiatan dalam rangka ikut mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dalam mempersiapkan generasi EMAS 2045\u201d, nantinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cKami yakin Pemerintah melalui Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah\u00a0 Prof. Dr. Abdul Mu\u2019ti M.Ed, akan mendengar suara kami dari seluruh Penjuru Pelosok Negeri ini, meminta agar Pendidikan Non Formal dan Informal dapat diberikan peran dan posisi yang sama dengan pendidikan Formal,\u00a0sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang Undang Sisdiknas.
