Kini kondisi jembatan tersebut dalam kondisi kurang sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Dua warga kepada Marapi Post, Minggu (11\/10\/2020) menjelaskan, jembatan tersebut sudah lama tidak dapat dimanfaat sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Tapi bersyukur juga masih dapat dilewati kendaraan roda dua dan pejalan kaki. Sebelumnya jembatan itu dapat dilewati kendaraan roda 4 dengan muatan sedang.<\/p>\n<p>Namun warga menyebut, ia mendapat penghargaan, petinggi Kabupaten Agam yang memutus dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk ambil kebijakan sudah meninjau embatan tersebut. \u201cDinas Pekerjaan Umum, Sekda sudah datang meninjau jembatan tersebut. \u201cPak Sekda dan Dinas PU sudah datang kesini, kami merasa sangat dihormati\u201d, terang dua warga yang tidak diketahui namanya itu.<\/p>\n<p>Penduduk berharap 2019 dibangun jembatan baru pengganti jembatan yang sudah rusak ini, tapi tidak jadi, dijanjikan lagi dibangun 2020, tidak jadi juga, karena musibah wabah Corona (Covid-19) turun ke bumi, hinggap keberbagai penduduk bumi.<\/p>\n<p>Menjawab pertanyan, dua warga yang buka kedai tidak jauh dari pangkal jembatan itu mejelaskan, tiap tahun pembangunan baru jembatan tersebut diusul melalui musrenbang nagari dan Kecamatan Lubuk Basung, tapi belum dikabulakan. Berharap 2021 jembatan ini dibangun, anak sekolah pernah jatuh masuk sungai dijembatan ini.<\/p>\n<p>Dijelaskannya, penduduk di Labu Pacah itu ramai, potensi pertanian, baik tanaman padi dan jagung dan kebun.
