{"id":25330,"date":"2023-09-20T06:20:32","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T23:20:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/?p=25330"},"modified":"2023-09-20T06:26:16","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T23:26:16","slug":"ade-rosda-perusahaan-pengembangan-perumahan-taat-hukum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/20\/ade-rosda-perusahaan-pengembangan-perumahan-taat-hukum\/","title":{"rendered":"Komisi IV DPRD Medan ke Yuu at Contemo, Ade, Perusahaan Patuh"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>MEDAN, marapipost.com<\/strong>-Pengembang perumahan Yuu at Contempo menegaskan pihaknya merupakan perusahaan berbadan hukum yang taat akan aturan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia secara umum, dan Kota Medan pada khususnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hal ini disampaikan Ade Rosda, mewakili pihak perusahaan ketika mendampingi kunjungan Komisi IV DPRD Medan, diketuai Kelana, usai meninjau lokasi perumahan di Jln Brigjen Zein Hamid, Lingkungan VII, Kelurahan Titi Kuning, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Senin (18\/9\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hadir anggota Komisi IV Hendra DS, mewakili dari Satpol PP Medan, Kadis Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang, Kadis PTSP, Kadis Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan, Camat Medan Johor, Lurah Titi Kuning, dan pemilik bangunan diwakili, Ade Rosda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Medan, Haris Kelana minta pemilik Yuu At Contempo&nbsp; untuk segera membuka fasilitas umum&nbsp; karena itu sudah merupakan putusan pengadilan di tingkat kasasi. Menyikapi hal itu, Ade Rosda, yang juga Ketua Srikandi PP Sumut itu, berpendapat urusan fasum tidak ada kaitannya dengan perusahaan Yuu At Contempo, namun demikian pihaknya akan mendiskusikan dengan pimpinan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ade menjelaskan, Yuu at Contempo dipastikan tidak melanggar aturan hukum yang berlaku terkait proses pembangunan perumahan berkonsep arsitektur Jepang itu. Bahkan, saat pihaknya didatangi Satpol PP dan menerima surat pemberitahuan bahwa harus dibuat lorong api untuk evakuasi kebakaran, pihaknya langsung menindaklanjutinya sesuai rekomendasi yang diterima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Sebelumnya, Legal Yuu at Contempo Ros Sabar Andriano menjelaskan, beberapa hari lalu kliennya mendapat \u201cgangguan\u201d dari pihak-pihak luar yang berupaya menghentikan proses pembangunan. Pihak luar dimaksud mempersoalkan IMB, akses jalan masyarakat (fasilitas umum) yang ditutup dan dianggap mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cAtas tuduhan-tuduhan yang tidak berdasar itu, klien kami merasa dirugikan baik secara materil maupun imateril. Padahal, dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, Yuu at Contempo telah mematuhi perundang-undangan dan ketentuan peraturan daerah Kota Medan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cSementara terkait fasilitas umum akses jalan masyarakat, kami memastikan bahwa itu hanya klaim dari pihak-pihak tertentu. Faktanya, tidak ada jalan umum atau fasilitas umum di lokasi pembangunan perumahan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Kepastian tersebut didapat pihak properti melalui peta bidang Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) dan keterangan dari Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Perkim) Kota Medan. \u201cSementara soal kenyamanan warga yang merasa terganggu, kami juga memastikan mendapat surat dukungan dari warga sekitar,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Karenanya, melalui keterangan pers ini, pihak Yuu at Contempo ingin meluruskan beberapa informasi yang menyesatkan dan beredar di berbagai media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cKami adalah perusahaan yang profesional dan selalu menjaga kualitas serta kepercayaan publik. Kami tidak akan melanggar hukum, karenanya kami siap dikonfrontir oleh pihak manapun untuk mendudukkan informasi yang sebenarnya.
