Malah, dalam satu tahun perjalanannya, tercatat sudah terealisasi Tabungan Utsman mencapai Rp21.898.800.000 (Dua puluh satu miliar delapan ratus sembilan puluh delapan juta delapan ratus ribu rupiah).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Wali Kota Bukittinggi, Erman Safar, didampingi Direktur BPR Syariah Jam Gadang, Fery Irawan, menjelaskan, Tabungan Utsman hingga Maret 2023 sudah dinikmati oleh 2.747 nasabah. Dengan jumlah itu, BPR Syariah Jam Gadang sudah mengucurkan anggaran sebesar Rp21.898.800.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cDari pembiayaan yang dibayarkan perdana pada tahun 2023, tanggal 20 Januari hingga 21 Maret 2023, jelang Ramadhan 1444 H, tercatat jumlah nasabah 998 Tabungan Utsman dengan &nbsp;plafond berjumlah Rp8,8 milyar lebih\u201d, ujar Wali Kota, Jumat (31\/3\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jelas Wali Kota lagi, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan pembiayaan secara syariah. Tidak ada bunga dan agunan. Nasabah hanya membayar atau mencicil pinjaman pokok saja, dengan sistem tabungan. Program ini diinisiasi Erman Safar, sunguh-sungguh untuk mengupayakan agar ekonomi masyarakat meningkat, khususnya, terutama pada bulan puasa ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Utamanya UMKM ini terang Wali Kota, agar masyarakat di Bukittinggi bebas dari jeratan rentenir, ujar Wali Kota. Program pro rakyat ini, mendapat respon positif dari DPRD Kota Bukittinggi. Buktinya, DPRD menyetujui penganggaran untuk membayar margin yang timbul dari Tabungan Utsman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ketua DPRD Bukittinggi, Beny Yusrial, menyampaikan apresiasi atas munculnya program Tabungan Utsman ini. Banyak warga terbantu untuk permodalan, untuk dapat melanjutkan usaha dengan tujuan meningkatkan ekonomi, khususnya pasca pandemi Covid-19, jelas Wali Kota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cUntuk 2023 ini, kita telah setujui anggaran sebesar Rp2,5 milyar untuk pembayaran marginnyadengan tujuan agar tercapai target menjangkau realisasi 3 ribu
