Acara ini melibatkan seluruh petugas Lapas Lubuk Basung dan perwakilan dari Rutan Maninjau, dihadiri Kepala Rutan Irphan beserta jajaran. Upacara dipimpin langsung Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Lubuk Basung Suroto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Kegiatan apel Siaga ini dilaksanakan secara serentak diseluruh Indonesia diikuti petugas pemasyarakatan. Apel ini digelar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan bagi petugas lapas sebagai antisipasi terjadinya gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban yang bisa saja terjadi, baik di Lapas maupun di Rutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Sebelumnya, jelas Kalapas Kelas IIB Lubuk Basung Suroto, pihak Lapas Lubuk Basung sudah berkoordinasi dengan pihak Polres Agam dan Polsek Lubuk Basung untuk membantu petugas Lapas Lubuk Basung dalam melaksanakan tugas, terutama menghadapi peringatan hari natal dan tahun baru di lapas\/rutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Membantu Lapas Lubuk Basung adalah dengan melaksanakan Patroli Sambang, sehingga tercipta kamtibnas yang makin kondusif di lingkungan Lapas Lubuk Basung, jelas Suroto.
