Dari 4 korban, 3 dikhabarkan meninggal dunia, sungguh menyedihkan. Terutama yang lebih sedih adalah keluarga yang ditinggalkan sikorban yang meninggal dunia. Kejadian ini Selasa 8 November 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Apa yang ia cari mau bekerja keras, membanting tulang, tidak takut kena hujan, tidak terasa panasnya teriknya mentari, bercucuran keringat bila terik mentari tiba, disiram bila hujan turun, yang ia cari hanya lah seratus atau dua ratus uang, tapi nyawa melayang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bukit yang setinggi itu yang diruntuhkan setiap hari, apakah ada mendapat izin dari pihak berwenang. Kalau ada, apakah ada bimbingan dengan tata cara meruntuhkan bukit setinggi itu, kalau tidak ada izin, kenapa tidak dikeluarkan izinnya sehingga ada petunjuk yang akan diikutinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Galian material ini, tempatnya terletak pada tempat yang strategis, dipinggir jalan Lintas Barat Sumatera ruas Manggopoh-Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat. Tepatnya berloklasi di Jorong Muaro Kandang, Jorong Padang Koto Gadang, Nagari Salareh Aia, Kecamatan Palembanyan, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Kalau tidak ada izin, kenapa tidak dilarang oleh Pemda Kabupaten Agam, aktivitas tambang ini terletak di Wilayah Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten Agam. Kalau izin tambang, tidak ada kewenangan Kabupaten Agam, apakah ada dilaporkan aktivitas ini ke Pemda Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Yang jadi pertanyaan apa saja kerja Pemda Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pada hal Pemda Agam itu punya segala-galanya, punya Pol PP, punya Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, punya DPR, konon khabarnya seorang anggota DPRD Agam tinggal tidak jauh dari lokasi yang mematikan 3 orang rakyat itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pihak berwenang, semestinya mengejar kasus ini, kejar \u2018Bos\u2019 yang mempeerkerjakan buruh di lahan galian membahayakan ini. Apa tanggung jawab sibos tersebut. Hingga saat ini belum ada didengar adanya penyelidikan kesana, sama juga dengan meninggalnya 2 orang pekerja tambak di Tiku, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, juga diam, taka ada penyelidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ditingkat bawah juga ada pemerintahan, pemerintahan terendah di Sumatera Barat adalah Pemerintahan Nagari, sampai sejauh mana peran pemerintahan nagari dalam menjaga dan mengawasi wilayah pemerintahannya.
