Dandrem bersama Bupati Dharmasraya, Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan beserta rombongan melakukan peninjauan ke tempat perkebunan salah satu Kelompok Tani melon dan semangka di Nagari Gunung Medan Kecamatan Sitiung. Sehingga para petani dapat terarah dalam bertani,\u201d ungkap Jenderal Bintang Satu ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dandrem 032 Wirabraja juga terlihat kagum saat melihat langsung, subur dan hijaunya melon yang tumbuh di puluhan hektar di lahan pertanian tersebut. Dan berharap agar para petani dapat menghasilkan hasil pertaniannya yang banyak, sehingga perekonomiannya dapat terus meningkat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah seorang petani melon, Jaja mengungkapkan bahwa saat ini ia belum mendapatkan kendala yang berat untuk bertanam melon dan semangka. Masa tanam melon berjangka 53 hari, dengan hasil melon non biji dan rasa yang super manis. Sedangkan bobot melon yang dipanen dapat mencapai diatas 10 kilogram.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Harga pasaran melon paling bawah Rp.7500, jumlah batang perhektar mencapai enam ribuan. Dikalkulasikan hasilnya mencapai 450 ton pertiga bulan. Alhamdulillah hasilnya sangat memuaskan bagi kami para petani melon,\u201d beber Jaja dihadapan Dandrem&nbsp; dan Bupati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kesempatan itu, Brigjen TNI Purmanto beserta istri diberi kesempatan untuk memanen langsung buah melon, dan mencicipi buah segar yang ia petik. Dandrem pun mengatakan bahwa buah melon yang dipetiknya terasa sangat manis sekali, beda dari melon melon yang biasa beliau makan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&#8220;Saya suka melon, tapi yang ini kok bisa lebih manis dari yang biasa ya. Rasanya super manis dan beda rasanya dengan melon melon yang saya makan,\u201d ungkap Jendral sambil memotong dadu melon untuk dibagikan kepada Bupati dan lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadir juga saat itu Ketua DPRD Dharmasraya, Pariyanto, Sekda, H. Adlisman, Asisten, Kapolres Dharmasraya, Kodim 0310 SSD, Koramil Pulau Punjung, Kadis Pertanian, Kadiskominfo, Wali Nagari Gunung Medan, dan lainnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dandrem pun menyampaikan rasa salutnya kepada Kadis Pertanian Kabupaten Dharmasraya, Darisman, karena telah melakukan program pemerintah dibidang pertanian dengan sangat baik. Beliau pun sempat menanyakan program strategis yang sudah dilakukan Pemkab Dharmasraya kepada para petani di Dharmasraya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Kepala Dinas Pertanian Dharmasraya, Darisman, S. Si.\u00a0 MM\u00a0 dalam kesempatan yang sama mengatakan bahwa sejak dulu sudah dilakukan program reflanting bagi petani sawit. \u201cAlhamdulillah Kabupaten Dharmasraya sudah menjadi guru reflanting khusunya di Sumbar, Riau, dan Jambi.
