Kerjasama ini adalah terhadap jamin perlindungan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerjasama itu sudah ditanda tangani dalam bentuk MoU, antara Bupati Agam, Dr. H. Andri Warman dengan pimpinan BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Bukittinggi, Henny Nursanti, di Mess Pemda Kabupaten Agam di Belakang Balok Kota Bukittinggi, Senin (27\/12\/2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disaksikan beberapa stakecholder, diantaranya Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Agam dr. Hendri Rusdian, Bupati menyatakan menyambut baik atas kerjasama itu, sebab menurut pandangan bupati, usaha itu adalah dalam rangka membantu masyarakat upaya melindungi kesehatan mendasar, terutama dari keluarga kurang mampu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBPJS ini sangat membantu bagi masyarakat, terlebih bagi keluarga kurang mampu untuk mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan\u201d, terang bupati. Bupati berupaya agar masyarakat Kabupaten Agam ada jaminan terhadap kesehatan mereka secara menyeluruh, sebab kata bupati biaya berobat jadi salah satu kendala bagi mereka, itu lah yang harus diatasi, kata bupati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTerlebih lagi yang dirasakan keluarga kurang mampu, ketika ingin berobat tidak punya bajet untuk membiayai pergi berobat, dan sebagainya. Ini lah yang jadi masalah selama ini dan terus menerus terjadi di kalangan masyarakat\u201d, jelas bupati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Bukittinggi, Henny Nursanti menjelaskan, sudah 84 persen warga Kabupaten Agam yang sudah terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS. Dalam programnya ada Universal Health Coverage&nbsp;(UHC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi warga yang belum termasuk dalam jamin BPJS, bila tiba-tiba ia sakit, lalu mengurus BPJS, sudah bisa aktif hari itu juga, tapi persyaratan lainnya, warga yang sudah terdaftar minimal 95 persen\u201d, terangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mencapai 95 persen ini, katanya, banyak sektor yang dapat didorong Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Agam, diantaranya dari perusahaan-perusahaan mendaftarkan warga disekitar perusahaan itu yang jadi peserta JKN melalui CSR nya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHal ini sudah jelas dapat mengurangi beban anggaran pemerintah daerah, dan dana yang seharusnya dikeluarkan untuk membiayai pemeliharaan kesehatan masyarakat itu, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membiayai pelaksanaan pembangunan lainnya\u201d, sebut Henny lagi.
