Azzaq Aulian Pratama. Proyek ini diawasi langsung Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang (PUTR) Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pekerjaan yang dianulir CV. Azzaq Aulian Pratama sangat mengkuatirkan, pekerja yang melakukan pekerjaan salah satu elemen tidak menggunakan perekat semen dan pasir sebagai mana layaknya sebagai perekat untuk menyatukan batu kali membangun bendungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apakah benar kontruksi yang dikerjakan CV. Azzaq Aulian Pratama itu, itulah dipertanyakan beberapa warga Jorong Kamparcan, Nagari Batu Kambing, sabgat kuatir terhadap pekerjaan proyek seperti itu. Menurut Dedi Suhendi, tokoh muda, pekerjaan rehabiltasi jaringan irigasi ini adalah pembangunan bendungan, dimulai dari nol, dengan nilai dana Rp.655 juta lebih. Diakui ada direkat dengan campuran semen dan pasir kering, tapi hanya seadanya saja. Setelah disiram dengan campuran semen dan pasir, pekerja proyek menyiram dengan air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain permasalahan kontruksi, permasalahan lain, proyek juga jarang dikerjakan, dengan alasan cuaca tidak mendukung, padahal ketika hujan tidak turun, tidak ada banjir, juga tidak ada aktivitas pekerjaan pembangunan. Kini rekanan tersebut berdalih, proyek tersebut terlambat disebabkan gangguan cuaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proyek ini dibangun dengan dana Rp655.852.000, bersumber dari dana DAK tahun 2021 dengan kontrak nomor 4.2.01\/III\/DPUTR.AG\/V\/2021. Dikerjakan selama 150 hari kalender.
