{"id":12354,"date":"2021-11-15T15:37:26","date_gmt":"2021-11-15T08:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/?p=12354"},"modified":"2021-11-15T15:37:30","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T08:37:30","slug":"bapemperda-dprd-agam-bahas-propemperda-tahun-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marapipost.com\/index.php\/2021\/11\/15\/bapemperda-dprd-agam-bahas-propemperda-tahun-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Bapemperda DPRD Agam\u00a0 Bahas Propemperda Tahun 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post<\/strong>-Menjelang ujung tahun 2021, Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Kabupaten Agam, kembali melaksanakan rapat lanjutan finalisasi penetapan Propemperda untuk Tahun 2022 dengan Bagian Hukum Sekretariat Daerah pada Senin(15\/11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapat kerja yang&nbsp; bertempat di aula I Dprd Agam yang dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda Zulhendrif Bandaro labiah, yang dihadiri Oyong Liza,&nbsp; kabag&nbsp; Hukum pemda Agam, Rina Roslim, kasubag&nbsp; dan Suci Fadlia, sedangkan dari sekretariat Dprd&nbsp; hadir Sekarina Kurnia Wat, kasubag Perundang-undangan di Sekretariat Dprd Agam, beserta staf&nbsp; Gusli Hendra, Sri Hartini dan Mutia El Fisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Bapemperda Zulhendrif Bandaro Labiah&nbsp; menegaskan, bahwa sebelum Propemperda Tahun 2022 ditetapkan belum bisa APBD Tahun 2022 disahkan, jadi perlu sekali pembahasan yang lebih serius&nbsp; dan penetapan Propemperda Tahun 2022&nbsp; terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Itulah maksud dan tujuan mengundang bagian Hukum Sekretariat daerah ini&nbsp; bertujuan untuk memfinalisasi pembahasan Propemperda Tahun 2022\u201d, ungkap&nbsp; Zulhendrif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya, dalam pembahasan rapat dimulai dengan mengulang kembali urutan Ranperda yang telas dibahas, yang lanjut untuk pembahasan lanjutan dan yang tidak lanjut untuk pembahasannya secara satu persatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian beberapa usulan Ranperda dan Komisi-Komisi sudah ada yang ketahap Pembahasan Lanjutan dan ada pula yang tidak untuk dilanjutkan lagi pembahasannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara Kabag Hukum Sekda, Oyong liza menyampaikan \u201cRekapitulasi dari Pemerintah Daerah terkait Pembahasan Ranperda Inisiatif untuk tahun 2022 mengusulkan 20 Ranperda&nbsp; dan 3 Ranperda Wajib Tahunan yang tidak termasuk dalam Propemperda Tahun 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah pembahasan dilanjutkan dengan Penyerahan berkas Usulan Ranperda Inisiatif Pemerintah Daerah oleh Oyong Liza&nbsp; Kabag Hukum&nbsp; &nbsp;Sekretariat Daerah kepada Zulhendri Bandaro Labiah ketua Bapemperda Dprd Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara, Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Agam dalam rapat hari ini 15 Nopember 2021 mengatakan juga sistem kerja&nbsp; yang dilakukan oleh Bapemperda DPRD Agam&nbsp; telah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan juga sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah di tetapkan oleh badan musyawarah, dengan telah diserahkannya berkas Usulan Ranperda Inisiatif Pemerintah Daerah maka Propemperda Tahun 2022 siap untuk dilaksanakan pada tahun depan.<strong>(lk)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post-Menjelang ujung tahun 2021, Badan&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":12355,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[37,84],"tags":[],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-12354","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-agam","category-sumatera-barat"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
