LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post<\/strong>-Jumlah angkatan kerja yang menganggur sungguh banyak di Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, dan sudah dicatat Pemerintah Kabupaten Agam, jumlahnya sebanyak 11.702 orang atau 4,61 persen dihitung dari angkatan kerja yang tercatat 253.997 orang pada tahun2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Begitu banyaknya pengangguran di Kabupaten Agam dibeberkan Pemda Kabupaten Agam melalui Asisten II Yosepriawan dalam sambutannya ketika membuka sosialisasi program kerja forum pusat pengembangan keahlian (Skill Development Center-SDC), Rabu (6\/10\/2021) di Aula Bappeda Kabupaten Agam Jalan Sudirman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Agam merasa miris melihat tingginya pengangguran di Kabupaten Agam. Sebagian besar dari sejumlah pengangguran itu, terang Yosefriawan dari tamatan SMK dan sarjana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal itu kata Yosefriawan sebagai PR bagi kita semua, baik pemerintah, dunia usaha dan masyarakat. Sebab persoalan ini tidak akan selesai jika penanganannya secara sendiri-sendiri,\u201d sebutnya. Tapi apa langkah Pemerintah Daerah untuk membuka atau mencarikan lapangan kerja?, belum dibeberkan Yosefriawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melalui forum pusat pengembangan keahlian ini, Yosefriawan berharap dapat mencarikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi angkatan kerja Kabupaten Agam itu. Sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Pemereintah Daerah Kabupaten Agam, melalui dinas yang membidangi ketenagakerjaan, selalu berupaya menyebarluaskan informasi setiap ada lowongan kerja di dunia usaha dan industri pada masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTentu dunia usaha dan industri ini juga cari tenaga yang kompeten untuk dipekerjakan,\u201d tutur Yosefriawan. Pemkab Agam juga telah berupaya berikan pelatihan-pelatihan guna meningkatkan kompetensi calon pencari kerja, namun penurunan tingkat pengangguran belum tercapai seperti yang diharapkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHal ini bisa saja karena terbatasnya kesempatan kerja, mutu pendidikan yang masih rendah dan lainnya. Maka kita perlu cari alternatif lain sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini\u201d, papar Yosefriawan.
