LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post-<\/strong>PT. Mutiara Media Mandiri, rekanan yang mengerjakan rehab Bendungan Irigasi Batang Dareh, Silayang, Jorong Parik Panjang, Kecamatan Lubuk Basung, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, benar-benar cari keuntungan segudang, sudah lah, bekerja di kawasan Hutan Cagar Alam dan Hutan Lindung, material untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan juga ditambang dari lokasi pekerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wali Jorong Parit Pabjang Tarmizi, kepada Marapi Post.com menjelaskan, perusahaan itu masuk ke Silayang tidak memberi tahu, hanya masuk begitu, bekerja menggunakan alat berat. Material batu kali dan pasir dibeli dengan harga murah kepada warga, hanya Rp50 ribu per meter kubit (m3), sangat jauh dibandingkan dengan beratnya pekerjaan pengambilan dan pengumpulan batu-batu tersebut, padahal proyek yang dikerjakan itu adalah proyek besar bernilai Rp2,3 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wali Nagari Lubuk Basung Darma Ira Putra, ketika dihubungi Marapi Post.com dikantornya di Balai Ahad, mengakui, pihak perusahaan benar ada memberi tahu, bahwa ia akan memulai pekerjaan ada mengirim surat pemberi tahuan, hanya itu, jelas Wali Nagari Lubuk Basung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diakui, irigasi yang direhab dengan dana APBN senilai Rp2,3 miliar itu adalah untuk kepentingan masyarakat tani, untuk mengairi sawah rakyat, tapi tidak semestinya pihak rekanan ini bekerja leluasa tanpa mempedomani perundang-undangan dan peraturan yang berlaku, hendaknya bekerja sesuai dengan aturan dan perundang-undangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kepala Dinas Lingkungaan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Agam Jetson yang dihubungi Sabtu pagi (25\/9\/2021), menjelaskan, kalau memang benar PT.
