LUBUK BASUNG, Marapi Post-<\/strong>Untuk mengatasi praktek rentenir, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Agam berangan-angan membangun Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) untuk menyalurkan produksi masyarakt memasuki pasar berbagai daerah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pembentukan BUMD itu direncanakan akan bergerak cepat, dengan tujuan, kata Bupati Agam Dr. Andri Warman, adalah untuk mengatasi praktek rentenir yang telah menguasai sejumlah pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Agam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angan-angan Bupati Dr. H. Andri Warman itu, membangun (BUMD) itu adalah untuj membantu pedagang ataupun pelaku usaha, kata Andri Warman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal itu disampaikan bupati di Hotel Sakura Syaria’ah Lubuk Basunh,Jumat (20\/8\/2021) dalam sambutannya pada acara workshop peningkatan usaha koperasi sektor pertanian dan perkebunan yang digelar Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bupati menataka, persoalan rentenir sudah menjadi komitmen Pemkab Agam dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas harga bagi para pedagang di pasar ataupun ditingkat pelaku usaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pemikiran ini muncul, kata bupati, berdasarkan survey yang ditemui bupati sebdiri pada beberapa waktu lalu, bupati mengaku menemukan pada sejumlah pasar banyak ditemukan rentenir yang memainkan harga pedagang, kata bupati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diantaranya, kata bupati, pedagang sayur, hasil dagangannya dibawa masyarakat ke pasar nyaris dikuasai rentenir. “Kasihan kita”, kata Bupati Agam Dr. Andri Warman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oleh sebab itu, Pemda Kabupaten Agam akan membangun BUMD untuk menampung produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat. Persoalan selama ini, kata bupat, masyarakat tidak tahu, setelah barang diproduksi kemana mau dijual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kalau BUMD ada, otomatis pedagang cuma memikirkan produksi, soal pemasaran dan distribusi barang dapat dilaksanakan BUMD, hayal bupati yang berlatarbelakang pebisnis itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tidak tertutup kemungkinan juga, bupati Aandri Warman juga akan membangun outlet atau konter untuk memasarkan usaha melalui jejaringan yang telah dibangunnya selama puluhan tahun sebagai pebisnis jasa transportasi yang telah digelutinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andri Warman mengaku, pada suatu saat, pernah ia impikan ‘Palai Rinuak’ juga dapat ia temukan di Jakarta. Karena itu, kehadiran outlet yang ajan dibangun nanti. “Insya Allah jenis makanan rinuak dapat kita temukan pada beberapa kota besar.
