TANJUNG RAYA, Marapi Post<\/strong>–<\/strong>Mahasiswa Kukerta Universitas Negeri Riau (UNRI) ajarkan warga Koto Gadang Anam Koto, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, Kamis (12\/8\/2021) membuat makanan olahan diproduksi dari berbahan baku ikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Koordinator mahasiswa Kukerta UNRI, Muhammad Haikal Diego menjelaskan Sabtu (14\/8\/2021) menjelaskan, mengajarkan membuat makan olahan dari bahan baku ikan pada pelatihan yang dilaksanakan hanya selama satu hari itu, sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kembangkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Koto Gadang Anam Koto pada pandemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peserta pelatihan ini hanya sebanyak 10 orang, emak-emak (ibu-ibu). Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dibagi jadi beberapa kelompok kecil. Hasilnya, masing-masing kelompok, mampu menghasilkan produk olahan ikan dengan kualitas baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prodak ini sebagai cemilan yang inovatif. Karena itu, ia berharap agar lahir UMKM di Nagari Koto Gadang Anam Suku, guna menggerakkan ekonomi saat pandemi Covid-19 ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UMKM di Nagari Koto Gadang VI Suku ini masih dalam tahap pengembangan, karena itu pelatihan mampu memacu semangat warga untuk menhasilkan terus-menerus produk UMKM baru didaerah ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
